Pickleball In US: US returns

For current pickleball paddles, courtwear, balls, bags and accessories, request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Apparel must also be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags. Contact the store with your order number before mailing anything so we can confirm eligibility and the return address.

For preference returns, you arrange and pay tracked return postage. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for preference returns. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

For a verified defective or wrong item, we provide an appropriate remedy and cover necessary approved return postage. Contact us before paying for or mailing a return.
